Yesterday was a very fun day for Zach because of Santa coming to school. This was another one of those rare moments where my son was practically rendered speechless. He was quite shy around Santa. I don't know if it was a fear, or a healthy respect, but he and all of his classmates were the most quiet and still I have ever witnessed.
After school, while we were out running errands, Zach told me that he was ready to get a new fish, so we stopped by the local pet store. Unfortunately they were out of betas, so Zach decided on a goldfish instead. This is our newest family member, "Christmas", the goldfish. Zach took him all over the house introducing him to his new home. So far, he is not eating much, but I am hoping that he will settle in.
