We spent our April Fool's Day very unexpectedly! At 8:30 on Friday night, our realtor called and said she thought she had a house we would be interested in. As I began jotting notes, Gary looked at them and told me that since he was off on Sat night, to tell her we would be there. So, we loaded up and headed out early Saturday morning. My parents were sweet enough to meet us there, and they helped us with Zach while we looked at more homes. Well, the realtor was right, we did like that house, but we also wanted to keep looking. As we talked with her, we triggered her memory that another realtor had been asking her some questions that made her think another house was coming up for sale. She called, and sure enough, they were about to list a house on Monday. She asked if we could please come look at it, and they agreed.
The house was perfect!!!! It was everything we wanted. It had just been redone and was completely move-in ready, and to our taste. So on Saturday night we put it under contract! We are supposed to close on it at the end of May.
Now, all we have to do is get our house here sold and we will be all set. Given with the divine intervention we had on the home search there, I have very little doubt that God will take care of us in our sale. Never-the-less, I ask that all of my friends and family please be praying for us, as there are just so many homes for sale on our street, and that just makes us really nervous!
Thanks to all of you that were praying for us in our home search. God really provided more than we could ever have imagined!

YEA!!!!! Make that double YEA!!! You will have to post some pics of it when you can. I am so happy for you guys and know that is a huge relief. We will continue to pray about this one. I will miss you in class today. Hope its good.
